BRACE EU Project

 

 

“BRACE” (Breaking baRriers to migrAnt soCial intEgration through football) is a Erasmus+Sport 2021
project that aims to joint different experiences around Europe, from different organisations who are
working to reach the social integration of vulnerable groups through football, focusing in particular to
migrant and asylum seekers athletes.
Partners of the project are:
– Ayuntamiento de Rubì (Rubì – Catalunia – Spain)
– A.S.D. G.S. Bresso 4 (Bresso – Lombardy – Italy)
– Escola de Futbol Can Mir (Rubì – Catalunia – Spain)
– KCS Machelen (Machelen – Flanders – Belgium)
– Ensinus / Instituto Superior de Gestao (Lisbon – Portugal)
Together with the sharing of one's own experiences, the aim of the project is to create a methodology
for using football as an element of integration for migrants and asylum seekers, which also allows
other sports associations to start this type of experience.

Erasmus+Sport 2021 finalizzato a unire diverse esperienze europee, provenienti da diverse
organizzazioni che stanno lavorando per raggiungere l’inclusione sociale di gruppi di persone
vulnerabili attraverso l’uso del calcio, focalizzandosi in particolare su atleti migranti e richiedenti asilo.

Insieme alla condivisione delle proprie esperienze, obiettivo del progetto è creare una metodologia di
utilizzo del calcio come elemento di integrazione per persone migranti e richiedenti asilo, che
permetta anche ad altre associazioni sportive di iniziare questo tipo di esperienza.
